What is a decision pattern?
A pattern is a proven move made under a specific constraint — drawn from real business decisions and built to a strict standard. Every pattern includes the constraint it applies to, the trade-off required, what must stop, the mechanism behind it, and where it fails if misapplied. That structure is what makes it usable, not just interesting. You are not getting opinions or advice. You are getting repeatable, transferable judgement with guardrails built in.
How is this different from coaching or consulting?

What does it cost?
The Diagnostic and Decision Pack is €595+VAT. That covers the full diagnostic, constraint ranking, pattern pack, 30-day execution map, and your boardroom-safe report.
One bad decision at your revenue level costs multiples of that. This is designed to pay for itself in the first month.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. Everything you share through the diagnostic is used solely to produce your Decision Pack. It is not shared, published, or used for any other purpose. If you have specific confidentiality requirements, contact us before starting and we will address them directly.
What if it is not what I expected?
If the output does not meet the standard described, we will rebuild the pack or refund your fee in full. No ambiguity, no process to navigate. The beta cohort is deliberately small so we can stand behind every output personally.
I'm not ready to buy yet. What should I do?

Why €595 and not less?

How long does it take?
The diagnostic questionnaire takes 20–30 minutes — no preparation needed, no calls required at this stage. Your Decision Pack is delivered within 3 business days.
What happens after the 30 days?
Some clients take the Decision Pack and run with it independently. Others choose to continue with a monthly calibration — a lighter-touch engagement to keep decisions clean as the business shifts. There is no obligation either way. We will make it clear what is available at the end of your engagement.
Is this AI-generated advice?
No. The diagnostic system matches your situation to a curated library of patterns. Every pattern has been validated against a fixed quality standard — it must include a real constraint, a proven move, an explicit trade-off, a stop list, and a misuse risk. Anything generic or motivational is excluded at the source. The output is reviewed before it reaches you. You are getting structured, human-checked decision support — not a chatbot with an opinion.
I already have a good sense of my constraints. Do I still need the diagnostic?
Possibly. Most owners can name a constraint. Far fewer can rank them accurately, identify which one to address first, or see the blind spots created by focusing on the wrong one.
