The Pattern Engine exists because I kept driving the long way to the office. Not for the commute. To delay stepping into the noise. The founders I work with know that feeling.
I built this because the standard options — coaching, strategy decks, fractional executives — are either too expensive, too slow, or too generic. A business with 10 to 100 people needs a diagnosis, not a programme.
